carrot fries anyone?

wow, what i a ridiculously long week. i am so exhausted it is ridiculous. today i think i fell asleep in all of my classes unfortunately AND it was super awkward because i was making the know, the face that you make when your about to fall asleep but your really trying not.  with your eyes half closed and your mouth agape and then you start swaying side to side...needless to say i had a lot of laughs at my dispense today.

but that got better when i got home and made this!
chocolate covered katie vegan pumpkin coffee! except i made my coffee iced since its about 80 degrees here!
its so odd, considering tomorrow is the first of October, but I'm not complaining.

after that i went on to make CARROT FRIES!

Carrot fries
  • 1-2 big carrots, 
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • non stick cooking spray
cut the carrots in half and then own the middle. from there, begin cutting carrots into little strips. don't make them too thick.
from there place salt, garlic powder, all spice, and carrots into a plastic bag and shake. (if you want, omit the spray and just use olive oil)
place fries on cooking tray, and try and cover them with the non stick spray
set oven to bake at 375 degrees.
bake for about 10 to 20 minutes depending on desired crispiness.

for 1 carrot and no olive oil, the recipe comes out to 35 calories
